Mary Beth photographed our July 15, 2011 wedding. My husband and I liked her from the moment we met her. She is fun and happy and excited for what she does - it was an easy decision to hire her. When we met for our creative consultation, she asked us exactly what type of photos we were hoping for, special shots, etc. She even listened to the story of how we met, and surprised us with a prop on our wedding day, which resulted in one of my favorite shots! She was somehow able to get so many pictures of the ceremony and reception without being even slightly obtrusive. She was there to capture the whole day from getting dressed to dancing the night away at the reception. We just received our photos and to say they are spectacular would be an understatement. This past year I attended the bridal show at Foxwoods and photography was the only vendor I chose based upon that event. Man, have I been happy and lucky on that choice. I did meet with Mary Beth before the wedding to discuss both some difficult situation handling my divorced family in wedding photos, but also to show her how dark the lighting was at both the ceremony and the reception. So far, we have only seen teasers, but wow... I have had everyone come up to me to tell me how wonderful this wedding photographer was, she not only blended perfectly on a social ease level, but also captured the mood and lighting just right. I am so happy we chose her to capture this day for us and our family--the best choice we made (well, besides marrying each other :) )
